Before making a warranty claim
Battery troubleshooting
If the device doesn’t power on, check that the
batteries are inserted correctly and that the contacts are clean. Try replacing
them with new, high-quality batteries.
Please note: Pro, Pro-X and MIL models features 2xAAA batteries that needs
to be replaced. The second battery can sometime be a bit tricky to remove.

Check for moisture
Check that there is no moisture inside the cups. If the is moisture, remove the cushions and inserts to allow the cup to dry out overnight. Then replace cushions and inserts, and check the function of the radio agiain.
Warranty claim - how does it work?
Products Purchased from a Reseller
Sordin products come with a Limited Warranty valid for a specific period.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact the retailer where you purchased it.
Retailers handle all warranty claims and will guide you through the process.
Note: Warranty claims for products purchased from a reseller cannot be processed directly by Sordin.
When submitting a claim to your retailer, please include:
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt). Claims without a receipt cannot be processed.
• A brief description of the issue.
Products Purchased Directly from Sordin (sordin.com)
If you purchased your product directly from Sordin at sordin.com, we will handle your warranty claim.
Please use the Warranty Form below to submit your claim and provide the required information.
What's covered by the warranty?
This warranty covers each product and warrants it to be free from defects in workmanship, under normal use and service, for the defined period of time from the date of purchase by the first end user.
The length of warranty may vary by product:
Supreme Pro-X: 5 years
Supreme Pro: 2 years
All other products: 1 year (unless otherwise specified)
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover software or product damage caused by modification, alteration, misapplication, wear and tear, misuse of, or physical abuse to the product; or damage due to repair or service to the product by anyone other than a Authorized Sordin Service Center.
This warranty also excludes any damage to the product caused by circumstances outside of Sordin’s control, such as, but not limited to, lightning or fluctuation in electric power.

Important note: Sordin reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. We do not any longer repair or service units that are outside of their warranty period.
