At Sordin, we design products built to last. Every product is tested to meet our quality standards, and we stand behind what we make.

1. How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty requests are handled through our Support page.

  1. Visit the Support page and choose warranties.
  2. Fill in the form with your order number, product details, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Attach your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
  4. Wait for confirmation before sending your product — our team will provide instructions and shipping details.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers material, design, and manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Repairs or modifications made by non-authorized service centers

3. Warranty Period

  • Standard warranty: 1 year from purchase
  • Extended warranty:
    Supreme Pro-X – 5 years
    Supreme Pro – 2 years
    Supreme X2 - 2 years
    Supreme T2 - 1 year

Warranty periods are also listed on product pages and packaging.

4. Assessment and Resolution

All claims are reviewed by our team based on the information provided.

If approved, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to assessment made by service technicians.

Note: We do not any longer perform any repairs to products outside of warranty.

5. Costs and Exclusions

Transport and handling costs related to warranty claims are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover indirect losses or damage.
